Put these in a mostly stock '06 MS3 (stock plus intake).

Granted my old plugs had 87,500km on them since last change at 100,000km, it was like a different car to drive.

Increased power, more responsive, and a bit less black smoke (fuel) out the back.

Put these on last night. Install was easy. Just pull tmic cover off, take out nuts off the tmic and rotate it to the side. Pull coil packs off, then plugs. I gapped mine at .30. Three off them were at that already, one was at .26. I've heard with an AP they need to be at .26 but I don't know. Lots of people say they run best at .30. Make sure you pull the boots off your coil packs and stretch out the spring inside them. Being sure to stretch them out on the ends more than the center. Make it about twice as long as it comes. This will make a big difference, allowing the spring to make contact with the plugs and will eliminate hesitation and overall give much better performance.

great on stock engine, and then later on a seamless install of Cobb Accessport. Only concern is some say Cobb AP requires a .28 gap. Engine noise is greatly reduced, hard to tell when car is off or idling.

5 of 5 Major improvement June 3, 2009

More power, faster acceleration, less engine noise and easy install.  These one step colder plugs will improve preformance especially in hot weather when IATs are very high.  You don't need to change the gap with these... just install and go.

Installed along with Cobb Accessport. had to pop off the intercooler but have had zero issues with Accessport maps. definitely a must - buy the next time your plugs need to be replaced. We at my house next day as well...
