The instructions are in Japanese, but this is a *very* straightforward mod. The gusseting around the ends make a nice stiff support for the upper end. But they also reduce the clearance around three of the six fasteners. I had to use a crow's foot on the back one's to use a proper torque wrench. Normal 14mm sockets won't fit. The improvement in the car's handling is very evident. I took the bar off because I am having new shocks installed.
