SU test pipe July 15, 2009 Reviewer: Zhidkov Evgeny from Saint-Petersburg, Russia   Installation is easy except it took a long time to unscrew bolts between cats, it was very hard to get there, had to use extender, and due to age (I have '06 MS3) it was difficult to unscrew them because of rust. But when installed, I really do noticed slight increase in power, and engine breathe felt much easier. I do recommend it for anyone who doesn't want to loose warranty, because simply installing aftermarket downpipe on stock turbine can cause it smoking. Was this review helpful to you?

TEST PIPE June 3, 2009 Reviewer: Patricio from Pearl City, HI United States   I just got my test pipe about a week ago and i love the sound and the noticable power gains. the install was ok, you just have to be patient on getting the old cat out. the new pipe slides right in and all you have to do is make sure your alignment is good and tighten the fastners down. Great! March 31, 2009 Reviewer: Elliot Sanders from Vegas Baby Vegas!   This pipe adds a nice deep bass to the exhaust without making it much louder.  I also like the occasional gurgling, popping sound at low RPMs, wish it did this more often.  It does give a noticeable gain in hp too, the turbo spools up quick and the pull is stronger.  First and Second were useless before, but now even more so.  Wish I had AWD. Great product great price March 15, 2009 Reviewer: Jordan Bruno from Omaha, NE United States   If your second guessing getting this test pipe dont! I read all the reviews and was worried that the power gain wouldnt be noticable. Spools much faster then with the stock pipe and definetly sounds nice, and the power gain to me was noticable mostly after 3500 till 6000 worth every penny. thanks streetunit you guys are the s*** :) Was this review helpful to you?

SU Test Pipe February 13, 2009 Reviewer: Christopher Vietor from Newport News, VA United States   If you're looking for faster turbo spool, a deeper exhaust note in the 3000-5000 rpm range, and don't want to spend the $$$ on the downpipe....then this is it!  The install was pretty straight forward and only took about about 45 minutes.  I noticed a change in faster turbo spool immediately...almost as quick as power shifting during moderately quick acceleration.  I also noticed a better A/F ratio, since all my other mods are under the hood.  Definitely a great addition to my MS3.  Thanks, SU! not to bad January 16, 2009 Reviewer: Anonymous Person from WA United States   first off, i didnt notice as much as a power gain as some other people, actually i dont notice much at all. however, this test pipe makes the car sound perfect to me. i still have the stock exhaust and it sounds deeper.  it would be a 5 star if i noticed more power but maybe it will come after more miles. also shipping took over 2 weeks, mainly due to the holidays. but dont expect it within a few day. not SU fault at all though Was this review helpful to you?

This pipe rocks! January 14, 2009 Reviewer: Nelson  Serrano from Houston, TX United States   Wow, this pipe is awesome!  Didn't think would make such a big difference in performance, but I was wrong.  1st and 2nd gears are almost useless now. Poor tires!  Was kinda scared because I heard a lot of people were having fume issues after installing this pipe, but haven't had any of that.  Hopefully it stays that way.  If you're thinking about getting it, think no more and get it! The perfect sound January 6, 2009 Reviewer: buckeyepost from Reynoldburg, OH United States   This is the sound I've been waiting for. This test pipe and the MSCBE sound awesome together. Just like the others said, slightly louder and deeper, especially when you romp on it. Spooling up faster as well. Well worth the money for cheap performance and sound. I had to add a nut on the each bolt as a spacer though b/c the bolts were too long for my MSCBE but I think it was designed to fit the stock CBE, flanges must be just a little different. faster spool January 4, 2009 Reviewer: Colin VanBibber from Rochester Hills, MI United States   TEst pipe fits perfect! the sound is perfect deeper and slightly louder. my main praise would be on the fact at how fast I am spooling up, the difference is so noticeable. test pipe January 3, 2009 Reviewer: Tony from macomb, MI United States   I have the test pipe along with the mazdaspeed exhaust upgrade, and it gives it the most perfect sound that I've heard so far on the MS3. It definitely gave it more power over just having the mazdaspeed cat-back. Excellent quality stainless steel. 20 min. install, fits perfectly, no leaks. Awesome product!!!
