5 of 5 Tight May 23, 2013

Literally tight solid feel to shifts. They need some finessing to get them in there, but once in the assembly will never flex again. The Blue looks great also (even though I never see it).

5 of 5 Small Mod, Big Difference May 6, 2012
Reviewer: Nicholas Anderson from Dover, DE United States
This installation is easy as pie. Don't flex your plastics too much when removing your center console pieces and they'll come out with no issues. The removal of the OEM bushings was fairly easy except for the one directly underneath the reverse cable rigging. You CAN use an extension as long as you don't use a deepwell socket. Otherwise you could use a universal joint. I chose the aforementioned option and as long as you don't flec the rigging, it'll be fine. If you'd like to make it easier on yourself, loosen them all and replace them with the Anchors, one by one. This will save unnecessary R2 of the whole housing and sliding of the Anchors. Slap it all tight and back together and you'll have a solid shift that acts like it knows where you're putting it, for once. Love these in unison with the Counterweight and Shortcut.

5 of 5 Awesome! March 16, 2012

If you are worried about the installation because you have to take the center console apart, don't be. If the installation was any easier, I would think i did something wrong. Combine it with the other SURE shifter products and you'll have perfect shifts.

5 of 5 maybe a 4.5...? January 21, 2012
Reviewer: Zachary Ford from North Richland Hills, TX United States
fairly simple to install, only the top washers are a tight fit, which i guess is how it should be...had to tighten them in with the socket wrench, i dont notice a smoother shift in an economical driving point of view, but if im letting her pick up speed its like a flawless shift everytime

Makes shifting through the gears so precise! No more clunkiness and stuck gearing. Along with the SHORTCUT and COUNTERWEIGHT, perfect shifting!

5 of 5 WOW October 14, 2011
Reviewer: SCspeed3 from SC United States
my first 'mod' and I can't believe I didn't do this sooner! I've never been one to mess with my car other than changing the wheels or headlights so I was a little worried about taking apart my center console for this install. well, it was ridiculously easy and the shifter feels a ton better now. no more clunking between 1st and 2nd gear and everything is smoother. I just wish I had done this years ago as it would have been better for both me and the car....

I think I'm hooked now, though. I plan on getting the SURE short ram and the shortcut with the counterweight next. I was impressed with the SURE packaging and finish on the parts so I'll probably keep with their stuff for now.

5 of 5 So worth it. August 17, 2011
Reviewer: b3nnno from ARLINGTON HEIGHTS, IL United States
These things make a world's difference.  The best way to describe the feeling, is that the shifter just knows where it wants to go and goes into the "gear gate" smoothly.  idk if its the intake or the anchors, but the synchros seem to catch quicker and more smoothly.  anyway im rambling, amazing, inexpensive, what the hell are you waiting for?

ps.  i tightened a screw too hard and broke it, now its lodged in there, gotta get it taken out tomorrow -_-

4 of 5 SURE anchors February 5, 2011
Reviewer: JX from Northern VA
i had a little issue with the fitment of the top washers on the install, maybe i had a "bad" set of anchors? the diameter of the washer was maybe about 1mm to wide. but i was able to get them in there with a little more effort. 4 stars from me, but only because i had a little resistance, other than that looks good!

5 of 5 Simply A-MAZING! January 14, 2011
Reviewer: Christopher Burke from Copperas Cove, TX United States
Granted I didnt look around for directions to try to tear everything apart but I got it apart and back together in less than an hour. it really stiffened up the the whole shift assembly tho. Great Job SURE!
