A rubber cap that blocks the recirculation tube so you can run vta. I was very difficult to slip onto the recirculation tube. They should offer this in a slightly larger size. I held it down with a clamp anyway, it won't go anywhere. Other than that, the quality is great and it works really well, just hard to get on.

Priced right, makes nice "whoosh" sound. The only problem is that it made the engine light come on.. and it felt like there was more turbo lag. Would recommend for shows.
