 The piping is of the highest quality aluminum and craftsmanship. Each kit includes 4-layer black silicone couplers and stainless steel T-bolt clamps.
The StreetUnit MAZDASPEED Protege hardpiping kit can be used with the side mount intercooler setup. Our kit is stock replacement and a bolt on installation. The stock bypass valve can reattach without any modification. The kit will work with the Injen, AEM, Perrin, and OEM Intake Systems. This kit is a perfect replacement for the expensive OEM plastic intercooler piping which is prone to cracking. Cracks in the OEM intercooler piping causes hesitation and decreases drivability.
