The PERRIN Performance™ front mount intercooler kit is professionally engineered for 500 - 800 horsepower applications.

The PERRIN™ front mount intercooler offers outstanding airflow and cooling performance, while resisting damage from road debris. The PERRIN™ Intercooler core stretches the entire length of the bumper skin opening with core dimensions of 28" X 9.25" X 3.5". The enhanced bar and plate design offers significantly enhanced flow and heat exchange performance. Cast aluminum end tanks assure optimal air distribution over the entire intercooler core.

Making no compromises in safety or structural integrity the PERRIN™ front mount intercooler solidly mounts to the provided, new PERRIN bumper beam. The beam is construct from 1/2" steel mounting plates attached to a box sectioned steel beam and powder coated for rust protection. No cutting of structural components is required.

We do not claim that this is a replacement beam for the stock bumper. This intercooler kit is designed for off road use and should not be used on vehicles, which are driven on public streets and highways. Our beam is a highly reinforced intercooler mount that we hope will assist in the unfortunate circumstance of a front-end collision.

PERRIN Performance™ intercooler boost tubes are mandrel bent and polish to a high luster. Silicone couplers with special hose clamps secure all piping insuring leak free operation. The PERRIN™ intercooler kit also includes a brand new silicone coolant reservoir.
