The PERRIN™ fuel rails represent a true advancement in boxer engine fuel delivery. The PERRIN™ fuel rail kit is not just a replacement part. We have completely redesigned and redirected the fuel from the supply lines to the injectors. The PERRIN Performance™ Subaru fuel rail kit solves all fuel distribution problems dividing fuel evenly between the fuel pressure regulator and both banks of cylinders in the boxer engine.

PERRIN Performance™ fuel rails are specifically designed for the WRX top feed injectors to retain correct fuel injector alignment, a critical component of fuel delivery.

Fuel injector alignment...

The tips of the factory Subaru fuel injectors have 12 tiny holes through which fuel is sprayed into the intake manifold. Six spray jets aim to the left side cylinder port and six aim to the right. Resting directly below each fuel injector is a metal wall, which splits the incoming air into two intake ports for each cylinder. This upside down "V" spray pattern divides fuel evenly amongst the intake ports.

If the fuel injectors are not aligned correctly within the fuel rail, the spray pattern will also be misaligned causing uneven distribution and fuel wash on the cylinder port walls. Poor performance and sporadic air fuel ratios may result.

PERRIN Performance™ fuel rails use high tensile, stainless steel fuel line constructed of an extruded Teflon liner incased inside a tightly woven stainless steel outer braid. Teflon lined fuel lines are completely impervious to any automotive fuel. Fuel line diameter is increased from 7/32 inch to 3/8 inch To increase flow rates. PERRIN™ Fuel rail kits are Pre-assembled using permanent crimp connectors which hold over 400 PSI.
