During the blueprinting, all pieces are balanced, clearanced, and tolerances set

All blocks are vat and pressure cleaned, inspected and measured

The blocks are built with standard size pistons. If there is wear on the cylinder, they get honed or bored to the next size with proper pistons and rings fitted
