This BPV helps keep a steady boost and is WORLDS better than the stock BPV. I like that I can still hear my Cobb SRI as loud as before and don't hear that annoying fluttering sound from the plastic stock valve. It still has a distinct blowoff noise, just not as loud as a hybrid or fully atmospheric BOV. I highly recommend this to anyone looking to upgrade their cheap stock unit and protect their investment as I always am!

excellent machining and anodizing, high quality fit and finish. Black anodizing and plumb back to intake keeps your car stealth, while decreasing lag and replacing the cheap plastic stock one. Maybe get some gasket spray to treat the gasket before installing to ensure no leaks, since it seems a little more prone to leaking that the stock o-ring seal. Also make sure to lubricate the unit every 3-6 months with air tool oil as per Turbosmart's instructions

Just got this today from SU who shipped it Priority Mail for free!! Install took about 9 minutes, very easy. High quality, heavy duty product. I think my stock one was definitely leaking because with this the turbo doesn't seem to spool up as much for light load driving. This is based on the noise from the CP-E nano. The car also seems to idle smoother. The only thing that was a little tough was the angle of the larger pipe is aimed down, and that puts a strain on the hose. I definitely recommend this.

Compared to stock plastic BPV this one is awesome. Very easy and fast install 15 minutes. Felt no big difference over stock BPV tough. Maybe it does holds boost better but I didn't really feel any major difference in sound or performance.
