Description   Turbine Tech Skid Plate Application: Mazdaspeed 6 Description: Made Made out of 1/8'' 6061-T6 high-yield strength (35 000psi), this aluminum construction will replace the flimsy OEM shield. The Turbine Tech skid plate was designed with a large number of vents to allow a better cooling of the engine bay. It also offers a much greater protection against road hazards and speed bumps, especially for lowered cars. *FITMENT* Our skid plate will fit the 2006 - 2007 Mazdaspeed 6 with the 2.3 liter turbo engine. No special tools required for installation. The mount comes with all mounting hardware. The Skid plate can be ordered with or without openings to allow clearance for a front engine mount.
