The StreetUnit Boost Tube Kit is specifically designed using custom tooling to replace the stock top mount intercooler hoses. The Boost Tubes are engineered and manufactured out of high performance 5-ply silicone to outperform the stock hoses. (Not universal hoses!)

funny thing is this item does help the car run a little smoother between shifts. when compared side by side with OEM tubes you can tell that the OEM ones were made from less quality materials..not really a must have but does help your engine bay look a lot cleaner, anything aftermarket is better than stock right?

Install was fairly easy, but the rear tube seems very slightly crimped.  Install took about 45 minutes, because of difficulty getting to the clamp at the throttle body.  I don't think these tubes could possibly increase performance, perhaps they are ever so slightly better insulated so now my boosted air temps may be down a degree or so. If you want to dress up your engine bay, I see no reason not to buy these.  But if you are looking for some type of added performance, what ever gain these give you probably aren't worth the time of the install.  If you are looking for a cheap easy mod spend an extra 30 bucks for the SU rear mount instead.

The rear tube is a pain in the nuts at first.
Make sure you dont press the rear tube down all the way on the turbo outlet or it might be a little short to reach aftermarket tmic's.  Deffinately a good time to install some colder pulgs too...
They look good though.
