Heavy duty replacement engine mounts are manufactured with stiff urethane bushings encased in a gold zinc bracket. Helps stop drivetrain lash when transitioning from gas on to gas off, also kills the dreaded "wheel hop" that you feel under an aggressive launch.   Must have for all Proteges.

Durometer Ratings (Stiffness)
The higher the rating, the harder the bushing.  70A durometer is the softest bushing which will cause the least amount of vibration.  70 Durometer bushings recommended for applications under 275hp.

The higher the durometer rating, the stiffer the bushing.  The stiffer the bushing, the more cabin vibration.  Higher horsepower will require stiffer bushings.

*Installation does not require the motor to be supported.
