The adapter works great (better then the NEO) and was easy to install but it will not charge the 2nd Gen Touch.

factory mazda part that comes with:  instrucitons for all models, adhesive foam for wrapping the box so it won't rattle, cable ties, and double faced tape.  I mounted the box in the center console of my mazdaspeed 6, and I have plenty of cable coming out.

Only negative - It does not come with a regular headphone jack to use other MP3 players or laptops.
