Coating: The coating/ink on the Luminics Brand light bulbs is directly imported from Japan and meets Korean/Japanese coating/ink standards for the KDM/JDM market. Using a premium coating creates the deep blue appearance which makes for a clean white light simulating HID, which simulates sunlight. The coating Luminics uses ensures consistency in color and accurate projection.
Glass Tubing: Using premium glass tubing enables the coating to stick and the ability to hold in the xenon gas. Luminics also uses a slightly larger glass tubing so that the Luminics Brand light bulbs are able to hold more xenon gas. When making light bulbs, the type of glass and the quality of glass used is extremely important to the function of the light bulb when installed in a vehicle.
