4 of 5 Quiet, but growls under throttle May 14, 2011

This exhaust is perfect for me, quiet enough that I wont wake up the neighborhood, unless I want to.  I was a little dissapointed in the quality of the craftmanship though, the welds were sloppy and had wire from the welder tacked to the muffler surface, not that that part is seen though.  The tips look nice and there is little drone. Overall, I'm pretty happy with the purchase.

Install only took me an hour easy job. In my opinion I do like the tips, if you line them up correctly it looks really good. Only thing that I would reconsider is the band clamps. They're cheap if you go down to a auto parts and get some exhaust clamps they work better. Exhaust is nice and deep rarely any drone. But overall i'm satisfied with the whole exhaust system. Takes a min to fit right, sounds great with SU test pipe. Quiet at idle, deep tone under boost. Sounds like a car not a lawn mower on steroids! Great for a sleeper!

The system has a nice exhaust tone and no back pressure but it was not well engineered.  The exhaust tips rattle... especially at low idle.  If you can live with that... then it's OK.  All stainless steel looks nice and will last a long time but wish they had spent a little more time making sure it would fit perfectly.  I would wait for SU to design a complete system or get the CPE catback system and pair it with the SU test pipe.
