I tried them all. Anybody who says Corksport inserts dont make noise, is either lying, or enjoys shudder and noise at low rpm. Same would go for the SU mount (sorry guys). And the TRZ dogbone? The vibes had my right leg falling asleep! Each worked (some better than others/TRZ) but the noise and shudder was just not acceptable. My nice new car felt like a junky old truck. The CPE makes NO detectable shudder or noise at ANY rpm. I was lucky enough to get one from the original batch. 8K miles and same stiffness and no signs of wear. Lets hope CPE can finally get another batch out to market. They say Novemeber. We will see. Last word? SLAYS all other mounts.

This mount is awesome, ive had it on my car for about 13,000 kms and its still stiff. I would recommend this mount to anyone looking for performance and comfort. The mount if very durable, think about it this way its one solid piece - less parts moving - less wearing. CPE did a really good job on this.

Good DD mount. |

This mount has treated me well in the 3,000 miles that I've had it. It feels completely stock, which means there's no added vibration on idle, in 1st gear, in reverse, or when engaging into 1st/rev as I've seen with polyurethane mounts. As far as wheel hop goes, I have a mostly stock car (cobb SRI), and I have not gotten any wheel hop unless there's something abnormal about the pavement I'm driving on. I highly recommend this mount if you want a good, civil, DD mount.

Testing Both Engine Mounts! SU & CPE |

this CPE mount does work somewhat as advertised but what they failed to mention is that you will still have wheel hop and you wont notice much of a difference in performance if any at all. dont waste your money for a slightly better than stock mount that looks pretty and has a "special" rubber insert. Go for the urethane mount, sure you will have a little NVH for a bit but that will go away as you break in the new mount. To me the performance gains are worth the NVH for a little while! I have the SU mount installed and its awesome and the power difference is phenomenal. I can feel a difference between the two mounts. The CPE mount lasted one trip to the track and there is tearing in the rubber on both sides now. i have the SU mount in now and its a huge difference. Hope this helps
